Responsibility SummaryDaily responsibilities include answering, receiving, and documenting client information, loading the information into our dispatch program, and routing calls as needed to specific staff or technicians. This is not a remote position. Additionally, you will assist our Inside and Outside Managers with various minor admin tasks as needed. We are an equal opportunity & drug-free workplace employer.

- Knowledge of Service Titan preferred
- A fluid typing speed with accuracy
- Knowledge in Word, Excel & Microsoft Office
- Organizational & multi-tasking skills
- Must be an effective communicator, written and verbal
8 hour shift, Monday to Friday, possibly on call (at times)
