Woodhouse Spa is searching for spa professionals! We are excited to bring Woodhouse Spa to Sarasota, FL and need you!
PURPOSESpa Coordinators serve as the friendly and welcoming face of the spa. They are responsible for interacting with guests and scheduling appointments. Aside from fielding daily phone calls, they also handle the spa's logistics, promoting the location and concierge training. The Spa Coordinator is relied upon to keep the spa running at optimal levels while the Spa Director and Spa Manager are not in the location.
Part of the Coordinator’s job is selling enhancements, upgrading services, and selling retail; therefore, prior experience in sales is an advantage.
The Spa Coordinator should have a thorough knowledge of all Woodhouse Spa protocols and procedures and be confident yet assertive when it comes to giving directives to the hospitality team. Experience in providing excellent customer service to the public such as in a guest relations role or an administrative position in a medical office is helpful, and retail and/or skincare sales experience is a plus.
Role expectations include:
- Guest rapport

- Booking appointments
- Performing other receptionist duties as needed
- Direct guests to the proper areas upon check-in and provide information regarding the Woodhouse Spa services
- Conforming to all Woodhouse Spa standards set forth in the Operations Manual & Employee Handbook and striving each day to exceed guest expectations

- 1 year of front desk or customer service Management experience – at a spa, restaurant or hotel is preferred.
- Experience using a scheduling spa software is preferred.
- Ability to work weekends - 1 Weekend day shift required of all Employees
- Be flexible to accommodate and support schedule needs for Front Desk Team & Woodhouse Customer Service Standards
- Possess strong professional communication and excellent customer service skills
- Must be able to multi-task in a fast paced environment.
