Providing expert, impartial, and tech-enabled services, we add value and liquidity to our customers’ collections. Since 1987, the CCG companies have certified nearly 100 million coins, banknotes, comic books, video games, trading cards, sports cards, stamps, and related collectibles.

We are seeking an experienced Full-time Key Account Associate to join our growing team. General areas of responsibility include processing (which may include receiving, verifying, and label printing) of large quantities of coins from dealers and elite collector members. Submissions can also come from Mints and can include both Vintage and Modern coins. The Bulk Team Associate is responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with some of CCG’s key clients by providing excellent customer service and offering new business opportunities.

Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all submission inquiries from select dealer accounts. This will include the handling of submissions, communicating directly with the dealer to ensure they are kept up to date on the status of their submissions, collaborating with our internal accounting department as accounting questions arise, ensuring the customer is abreast of current and upcoming price changes.
  • Build and maintain strong working relationships with key clients and dealers
  • When applicable, proactively monitor submissions to coordinate pick-up appointments
  • Encourage dealers/clients to submit more collectibles to the CCG companies, including offering product development options such as labels, cores or designations if applicable
  • Answer customer inquiries about products and services offered
  • Assist with the maintenance of customer accounts by recording product and submission records
  • Collect customer feedback and make recommendations of potential products and/or services to management by analyzing customer needs
  • Work to de-escalate customers by using active listening, problem-solving, and available tools and resources
  • Assist with billing and payment activities
What will make you successful
  • 3+ years of previous customer service, client relationship, or relevant experience
  • Experience or familiarity working with and handling coins
  • In-depth knowledge of coin collecting and authentication and grading processes
  • Relationship management skills to provide excellent customer service to existing clients and to develop and maintain new customer relationships
  • Integrity: to handle high value and volume of customer-owned coins
  • Teamwork: to support and work with other bulk associates and cross-functional colleagues in crackout, looping, grading, receiving, and shipping
  • Communication skills: to interact via phone, email, Trello or other CRM with clients in a timely manner
  • High attention to detail: for accurate data entry into our ERP, ProIV, and keeping a pristine work environment
