Customer Service Representative
Domino’s Pizza is seeking a customer service representative to handle orders, provide excellent service, and support the team during busy hours. The role offers both part‑time and full‑time opportunities and can be a great fit for students or anyone looking to earn extra income.

- Deal with customer concerns
- Handle cash accurately
- Upsell products
- Make Domino’s high‑quality pizzas
- Control food portions
- Maintain hygiene and food safety standards
- Prepare food
- Perform general cleaning duties
Job Duties
- Operate all equipment
- Stock ingredients from delivery area to storage, work area, and walk‑in cooler
- Prepare product
- Receive and process telephone orders
- Take inventory and complete associated paperwork
- Clean equipment and facility approximately daily
- Comprehend and provide correct written instructions
- Communicate verbally with customers and co‑workers both over the phone and in person
- Perform basic arithmetic accurately and quickly (may use calculator)
- Make correct monetary change
- Use verbal, written, and telephone skills to take and process orders
- Coordinate eye and hand movements for rapid, accurate, precise actions with speed
- Enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen
- Varying and sometimes adverse outdoor weather conditions when removing trash and performing other outside tasks
- Indoor temperatures range from 36°F to 90°F and above in some work areas
- Sudden temperature changes in work area and while outside
- Exposure to food odors and cornmeal dust
- Cramped quarters including walk‑in cooler
- Hot surfaces/tools from oven up to 500°F or higher
- Sharp edges and moving mechanical parts
- Standing:
Most tasks are performed from a standing position - Walking:
For short distances for short durations - Lifting:
Bulk product deliveries are made twice a week or more; unloaded using a hand truck. Deliveries may include cases of ingredients and supplies weighing up to 50 pounds. - Carrying:
Large cans weighing 3 pounds 7 ounces are carried from workstation to storage shelves; pizza sauce weighing 30 pounds carried from storage to front; trays of dough carried three at a time, ~12 pounds per tray. - Pushing:
Move trays on dollies, requiring force of up to 7.5 pounds; trays may also be pulled. - Climbing:
Occasionally navigate stairs or ladder for sign changes, wall washing, maintenance. - Stooping/Bending:
Forward bending at the pizza assembly station; toe room limited; ≈30–45 seconds per position, repeated throughout the day. Also at front counter and stocking ingredients. - Crouching/Squatting:
Occasional stock of shelves and cleaning low areas. - Reaching:
Continuous upward, downward, forward reaching. - Hand Tasks:
Essential eye‑hand coordination; use of one or both hands. Shaping pizza dough requires frequent, forceful forearm and wrist use.
