As a Front Desk Clerk, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out process.

• Welcome guests to our resort and provide them with information about Sanibel Island and all it has to offer
• Check guests in and out, process payments, and answer any questions they may have
• Answer phone calls and emails in a timely and professional manner
• Assist guests with booking activities, dining reservations, and other requests
• Maintain a clean and organized front desk area

• Previous customer service experience
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks effectively
• Knowledge of Sanibel Island and the surrounding area
• Positive attitude and willingness to go above and beyond for our guests
