Apartment Community Admin / Concierge

Are you friendly, energetic, and love helping people? Essential Staffing Solutions (ESS) is seeking a bubbly, customer-service-driven individual to welcome residents and prospects at a thriving apartment community. This is a great entry-level opportunity to launch your career in multifamily housing as an Apartment Leasing Professional!



Key Responsibilities :

• Greet and assist residents, visitors, and prospects with a warm, professional attitude
• Manage calls, emails, and front-desk tasks
• Support maintenance requests, package handling, and event coordination
• Keep lobby and common areas clean and organized
• Provide excellent service and help resolve resident inquiries

• Outgoing personality with strong customer service skills
• Organized, tech-savvy, and able to multitask
• Prior experience in admin or concierge roles is a plus (but not required!)
