• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division) and ability to give correct monetary change.
• Motor coordination and ability to work quickly and accurately.
• Proficiency in using a computer keyboard or touch screen to enter orders.
• Ability to work under stress, meet quality control standards, and collaborate with teammates.

• Standing, walking, and lifting up to 50 lbs; carrying, pushing, and pulling various items.
• Ability to navigate stairs, ladders, and cramped storage areas.
• Work in temperatures ranging from 36°F to 90°F+; exposure to fumes, cornmeal dust, and hot surfaces/tools up to 500°F.
• Perform frequent bending, reaching, and quick hand movements.
