Client Service Specialist
We are hiring Client Service Specialist for our office in Dammam. We are looking for a dynamic client support specialist to join our company. In this role, you will be required to attend to all customer queries, comments, and requests via phone or email. You'll also be helping clients set up their products and walking them through its features. To ensure success as a client support specialist, you should be able to display exceptional client service skills and the ability to support customers with technical difficulties in a timely manner.
Ultimately, a top-notch client support specialist should be a solution-driven individual who can explain complex product information in a helpful way.
Essential Role Functions
- Address client inquiries and resolve issues promptly
- Maintain a deep knowledge of company products and services to provide accurate information to clients
- Coordinate with various teams to ensure client requests are handled appropriately and in a timely manner
- Manage client accounts and transactions
- Conduct client satisfaction surveys and implement necessary changes
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients
- Prepare regular reports on client interactions for management review
- Assist in product development by gathering feedback from clients
Other Skills and Experience
- Proven experience in a client services or customer service role
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency with customer relationship management (CRM) software
- Experience as a Customer Support Specialist or similar CS role
- Familiarity with the freight industry is a plus
- Experience using help desk software and remote support tools
