Customer Service Assistant
Support the Customer Service team during the transition from Expandable to the new Plex system, focusing on data transfer and verification.
Assist with booking of loads, customer service needs, troubleshooting of problems, verifying load statuses, and general clerical support.
Answer phone calls, back up cashier duties when necessary, and assist in receiving, storing, retrieving, and dispatching goods.
Collect, review, and enter shipment details and support PRS repair and related tasks.
Responsibilities- Data transfer and verification during system transition.
- Answer inbound phone calls from customers.
- Backup cashier and assist with daily sales transactions.
- Support inventory functions: receiving, storing, retrieving, dispatching goods.
- Book loads and verify load status.
- Troubleshoot customer service issues.
- Enter shipment and related documentation.
- Assist in PRS repair or other specified tasks.
- Entry-level or professionally dependable candidate.
- Strong communication and customer-facing skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to manage clerical tasks.
- Technical aptitude for data entry and basic system use.
- Ability to work flexible hours and support cashier backup.
