Omni Orlando Resort at Champions Gate is seeking a friendly Front Desk Associate to welcome guests and direct calls with courteous professionalism. You will log wake‑up calls, assist with billing inquiries, and coordinate with departments to fulfill guest requests in a fast-paced resort environment.
The ideal candidate has previous customer service experience, strong computer and communication skills, and flexibility to work nights, weekends and holidays.
