Showroom Coordinator

Position Details

Location:

Onsite - Sarasota, FL

Schedule:

Monday – Friday 9:00am – 5:00pm with a rotating Saturday shift twice a month 10:00am to 3:00pm

• Greet guests upon arriving in our showroom, learn their motivation for their visit and develop lasting customer relationships.
• Answer and direct incoming phone calls with a positive demeanor.
• Optimally communicate appointment policy.
• Manage customer sign‑ins, appointment book and customer job folders.
• Maintain bid follow‑up system and prepare literature packages.
• Address “Thank You” cards to customers for full house selections.

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent education.
• Experience in sales and customer service.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to prioritize workload to balance multiple demands and meet timelines.
• Proficiency with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Attention to detail in task‑oriented responsibilities.
• Analytical thinking and eye for business.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.

• Base pay: $15.00 – $25.39 hourly.
• Bonus or incentive plan eligible.
