Responsibilities:- Provide information about the products and services to clients
- Work with Customer on setting up their insurance claim
- Manage customers appointment and scheduling based on data entered on internal CRM software
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints
- Document and update customer records based on interactions
- Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services
- Sales Support
- Ability to build rapport with clients
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
