Location: Sunset Corners
You Fit Gyms is seeking a Member Service Specialist (MSS) to deliver outstanding member experiences at the front desk. You will greet members and guests, process check-ins, verify account status, and assist with basic billing and inquiries.
A POS system will be used daily to handle transactions accurately and efficiently. The role requires strong customer service skills, reliability, and the ability to work flexible hours including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
