We are looking for a friendly, welcoming receptionist to join our team!

As the receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our patients. You will greet patients as they arrive, book appointments, and answer phone calls. The ideal candidate has a cheerful disposition, excellent communication, and computer skills, and is capable of multitasking.
This will start as a part time position of 20 hours per week.
Dermatology knowledge preferred

Training will be in our Orange Park Office temporarily and then will transition to our Yulee office

• Greet guests as they arrive
• Answer phone calls and schedule appointments
• Assist with maintaining a clean and inviting environment
• Provide general customer service and attend to the needs of our patients
• Check in and check out patients

• Two or more years of customer service experience is preferred
• Previous experience as a receptionist is preferred
• Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer service
• Strong work ethic and positive attitude
• Familiar with computers and scheduling software
• Excellent multi-tasking skills
