Customer Service Representative - Part-Time

Starting at $20/hour + Spiffs. On average, our CSRs earn an additional $200-$300 per month through performance incentives.

A Superior Mechanical has proudly served the Emerald Coast since 2003. As we continue to grow, we re looking for an experienced, confident Customer Service Representative who is comfortable on the phone and ready to help us connect with more customers.

What You ll Do

• Make a high volume of outbound calls to customers and prospects
• Follow up with customers after completed services
• Contact existing customers about maintenance, services, and opportunities
• Handle inbound customer calls and inquiries
• Schedule service appointments
• Recommend relevant products and services
• Provide friendly, professional customer service
• Work closely with our service and office teams

What We re Looking For

• Customer service and cold-calling experience
• Comfortable making a lot of outbound calls every day
• Strong phone presence and excellent communication skills
• Previous call center, telemarketing, or inside sales experience preferred
• Organized, dependable, and able to multitask
• Positive attitude and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• HVAC/home services experience is a plus
• Service Titan experience is a plus
