Insurance Customer Service Representative; CSR

Campers Inn RV is looking for an Insurance Customer Service Representative to support the agency's policy servicing and retention efforts. This is a customer-facing, inbound-focused position responsible for assisting existing policyholders with billing and coverage questions, driving renewal outreach, and helping save at-risk policies before they cancel.

• Serve as the primary inbound contact for existing policyholders with questions, billing issues, or coverage inquiries
• Act as a backup acknowledgment contact for inbound quote requests when agents are occupied; if a quote submission has not been acknowledged within a few minutes of receipt, send a confirmation on the agency's behalf and notify the assigned agent — no F&I manager should ever be left wondering whether their submission was received
• Resolve routine requests independently; elevate issues that require agent involvement with a complete summary of the situation
• Log every customer interaction in the agency management system without exception; no contact goes unrecorded

• Proactively contact policyholders 45 and 30 days before renewal to confirm coverage, update account information, and secure the renewal
• Identify customers whose coverage needs may have changed and flag cross-sell opportunities to the assigned agent
• Track renewal outreach completion rate weekly and report results to agency leadership
