We’re seeking a compassionate and detail‑oriented Dental Hygienist who loves building patient relationships and takes pride in educating patients on lifelong oral health. You’ll Do
- Greet and check in patients with professionalism and a warm, welcoming attitude
- Present treatment plans confidently and answer patient questions with clarity
- Coordinate scheduling, confirm appointments, and ensure efficient patient flow
- Communicate effectively with the clinical team to maintain a seamless schedule
- Improve case acceptance through education, trust‑building, and follow‑up
- Help patients understand their insurance benefits and financial options
- Handle patient communication via phone, email, and text messages
- Manage daily administrative duties including check‑out, billing, and payment collection
- Support a positive, respectful, and high‑performing office culture
- Familiarity with Oryx or similar dental software
- Experience in insurance verification, scheduling, and billing
- Strong understanding of patient billing, collections, and A/R management
- Excellent communication and multitasking skills
- Positive attitude and a passion for patient‑centered service
- Bilingual in Spanish or Portuguese (a plus!)
