Position OverviewAs the Patient Services Coordinator, you’ll be the first point of contact for our patients while supporting the daily administrative operations of the practice. From scheduling appointments to assisting patients throughout their visit, you’ll play a key role in ensuring every patient receives outstanding service.
Key Responsibilities Patient Experience- Welcome patients with professionalism, warmth, and compassion
- Manage patient check-in and check-out
- Answer incoming phone calls and respond to patient questions
- Provide clear information about appointments, services, and office procedures
- Help create a positive and supportive patient experience from arrival to departure
- Schedule, confirm, and coordinate patient appointments
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
- Process administrative paperwork with accuracy and attention to detail
- Assist with insurance verification and patient paperwork when needed
- Support efficient day-to-day office operations
- Work closely with dentists, dental assistants, and administrative staff
- Travel between nearby office locations as business needs require
- Adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced clinical environment
- Assist with additional front office responsibilities as assigned
- Previous experience in a dental front office, patient services, receptionist, or administrative support role preferred
- Previous dental office experience strongly preferred
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Ability to work efficiently in a busy office environment
- Professional, dependable, and patient-focused attitude
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
- Full-Time (30–35 hours per week)
- Shifts typically scheduled between 9:00 AM–4:00 PM or 12:00 PM–8:00 PM, depending on business needs
- One-hour unpaid lunch break
- Schedule may vary based on office needs
