Dental Treatment Coordinator / Dental Assistant
We are looking for an experienced Dental Treatment Coordinator / Dental Assistant to work full-time in Mary Esther, FL.
We are seeking a friendly, organized, and dependable Dental Treatment Coordinator/Dental Assistant who is comfortable working in a fast-paced healthcare office, to support our patients by explaining treatment plans, coordinating scheduling with them, and assisting with their insurance and financial discussions.
Responsibilities- Explain treatment plans and next steps to patients
- Schedule and coordinate appointments
- Verify insurance benefits and obtain authorizations
- Discuss costs, estimates, and payment options
- Collect payments and maintain accurate records
- Communicate with providers and support office operations
- 1–2 year's experience in a healthcare, dental, or medical office
- Experience with insurance verification and billing
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Comfortable discussing treatment and finances
- Practice management software experience preferred
- Must be a Certified Dental Assistant
- Must be Radiology Certified
- Must have experience as a treatment coordinator
- Must be proficient in Dentrix
Must be able to pass a Pre-employment drug screen AND Background check before starting.

Position starts at $22/hr (Depending on current level of experience).
ScheduleFull-Time
Monday–Friday ... 8am - 5pm
