• Conduct thorough dental exams and assessments of patients' oral health.
• Diagnose dental issues such as cavities, gum disease, and other oral conditions.
• Perform a variety of dental procedures including fillings, crowns, extractions, root canals, and preventive care.
• Develop personalized treatment plans for patients and discuss their options.
• Provide patient education on oral hygiene practices, diet, and preventive care to promote long-term dental health.
• Maintainaccurateand up-to-date patient records andtreatmenthistories.
• Ensure the sterilization and proper maintenance of all dental tools and equipment.
• Adhere to all health and safety guidelines, infection control protocols, and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with dental assistants, hygienists, and other staff to ensure a positive and efficient patient experience.
• Stay current with advancements in dental practices, technology, and treatment methods.
• Other duties as required.

• Strongproficiencyin performing a wide range of dental procedures such as cleanings, fillings, extractions, crowns, root canals, and preventive treatments.
• Ability to diagnose and treat dental conditions accurately and efficiently.
• Skilled in the use of dental tools and equipment, ensuring safe and effective treatment delivery.
• Excellent hand-eye coordination and fine motor skills to perform intricate dental procedures with precision and care.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills to clearly explain procedures, treatment options, and preventive care to patients.
• Ability to build rapport with patients, making them feel comfortable and well-informed.
• Ability to assess, diagnose, and devise appropriate treatment plans based on patient needs and clinical observations.
• Proficiency in identifying potential complications and making quick decisions to adjust treatment as needed.
• An abilityto manage anxious or nervous patients and provide reassurance and comfort.
• Ability tomaintainaccuratepatient records, track treatment progress, and document all necessary clinical information.
• Effective time management skills to handle a busy patient schedule and ensure timely delivery of dental services.
• Collaborative attitude to foster a positive and efficient work environment.
• Willingness to stay current with advancements in the dental field through continuing education and professional development.
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations and ability to apply them in daily practices.
• Understandingofoffice protocols and ability to ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
• Regular and predictable onsite attendance.

• Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree from an accredited dental school.
• Experience with a wide range of dental procedures is preferred but not required.
