Modeling Technician; Temporary - Sarasota, FL

Client is a manufacturing company that needs someone to help assist with drawings. These drawings are customer-submitted photos that will be translated before construction/manufacturing the product.

Requirements:

• Familiar with CAD software or reading/drawing blueprints (something similar could work)
• Tech‑savvy (able to convert/migrate computer files and be coached in specific software)
• Construction, room layout, manufacturing experience would be great AND/OR someone from Tech School with some exposure.

Compensation: $20‑$22 hourly

Location: everyday on‑site in Sarasota, FL

Interview Process: 1 and done video

Duration: 3‑month minimum (likely 4‑5 months + small chance it goes full‑time)

Responsibilities:

• Assist with drawings
• Use Photo Modeler – pictures are point cloud based (made of a bunch of dots/spots on a screen from which the CAD team then uses)
• Will be trained on Photo Modeler
• Client uses Solid Works (don't NEED, but some CAD would be nice)
• Review order form
• Import pictures into Photo Modeler and create a point cloud
• Create emails with files
• Order forms with any issues to be returned to customer for approval or updates
