What you’ll do:
- Prototype & Iterate: Use Figma to bring ideas to life and refine them through rigorous usability testing.
- Shape the System: Manage and evolve our Design System to ensure visual consistency.
- Collaborate: Work as a strategic partner with Product Managers and Developers.
- Advocate: Be the voice of the user in every meeting.
- 3+ years of UX/UI experience with a killer portfolio.
- Mastery of Figma and a deep understanding of Design Systems.
- A "continuous improvement" mindset, always staying ahead of design trends.
- Bonus points if you have experience in the energy or tech sectors!
You’ll work in an Agile environment where design is a priority, not an afterthought. You’ll have the autonomy to manage your projects and the support to grow your craft.
