Courtyard Modern Builders LLC is seeking a seasoned full‑time Architectural Draftsman in Sarasota, FL. Salary ranges from $85,000 to $110,000 per year based on experience, training, and software capability. The role involves collaborating with architects, engineers, and clients to transform designs into construction‑ready plans.

• Expert in AutoCAD, Revit, 3‑D modeling and BIM
• Advanced computer skills; proficient in Microsoft Outlook
• Experience with Builder Trend is a plus
• Advanced knowledge of current codes; able to research codes
• Strong interpersonal skills for communication with clients and vendors
• Ability to interpret boundary surveys, topography surveys, and truss plans
• Capable of completing projects in a timely manner
• 5–10 years of verifiable experience with residential home builders or architects
• Prepared to demonstrate skills during a 30‑minute timed test drawing a section detail
• Experience collaborating directly with clients, architects, and engineers to produce permit‑ready construction plans

Monday through Friday, 7 AM to 4 PM.
