We specialize in coastal Southwest Florida work — new construction commercial and residential projects, adaptive expansions, Velocity Zone and Coastal AE Zone design, and the permitting and technical demands of building in coastal environments.

• Lead projects from concept through construction
• Develop creative, buildable solutions for coastal conditions
• Prepare drawings, specifications, and permit packages
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, and contractors
• Conduct site visits and resolve field challenges
• Manage schedules, budgets, and project communication
• Ensure compliance with codes and coastal construction standards

• Registered Architect (FL preferred or ability to obtain)
• 5+ years of experience; coastal/waterfront experience a plus
• Strong design, detailing, and technical documentation skills
• Proficiency with AutoCAD, Revit, Sketch Up, and professional rendering software
• Clear communicator, comfortable working directly with clients and contractors
