Location: Sarasota
Neal Communities is seeking an experienced Architectural CAD Drafter to join our on-site team in Sarasota, FL. You will produce detailed residential construction documents and plan specifications for permits and customer options.
This role focuses on technical drafting and plan accuracy, working with Construction and Field teams to ensure buildable drawings while maintaining CAD standards. 3–5 years AutoCAD drafting in residential construction and knowledge of building codes are preferred;
