The Project Manager delivers assigned Flow projects and work streams across the full project lifecycle (Concept → Design Development → GFC Documentation → FF&E Selection → Site Execution → Handover), managing day-to-day scope, schedule, coordination, and documentation under the direction of the Senior Project Manager and Head of Design Management. The role covers Flow's full project taxonomy--ground-up developments, conversion projects, third-party standard conversions, and tenant improvements/fit-out.

The Project Manager is the operational engine of delivery--running programs, tracking actions, driving the RFI/submittal cycle, and keeping cross-discipline coordination moving across architecture, interior design, structural, MEP, and landscape teams, while maintaining rigorous documentation discipline and escalating risk and change early.
