HCA Healthcare Anesthesia Services is currently seeking CAAs to join the dynamic, established team at HCA Florida Trinity Hospital in Trinity, FL. These opportunities are open due to growth and expanded sites of service.
Opportunity Highlights/Qualified Candidates:
- Staffing model of 8 Anesthesiologists and 23 CAAs covering 12 Sites of service plus 3 APPs dedicated to covering OB overnight.
- Diverse mix of cases including General Surgery, Cardiac, Ortho, Endo, GYN, vascular, OB, and EP, Spine, etc.
- Flexible schedule 40 hours/week. Offering 8s, 10s, 12s, 13s and 16s.
- Additional compensation for Beeper call 7p-7a shift split equitably amongst team members. Physician in-house overnight.
- Competitive compensation package includes tiered base salary.
- Start Date Bonus up to $75K and relocation assistance available.
- Time Away From Practice starting at 8 weeks with no waiting period.
- Premium pay rate if clinician works past scheduled shift. Premium pay rate if clinician offers to pick-up additional shift(s).
- Full benefits including medical, dental, vision, Long-term/short-term disability, Life insurance, and FSA.
- Tuition reimbursement, loan repayment and $2500 CME annually.
- 401(k) Company match starting at 3% and increases with years of service.
- 100% paid professional liability insurance. Occurrence-based. No tail required.
- 340-bed, state-of-the-art, all private room hospital, strategically located in the tri-county area of Pasco, Pinellas and Hillsborough Counties.
- Leapfrog Hospital Safety Grade A (Spring 2022, Fall 2021, Spring 2021, Fall 2019, Spring 2019)

Advanced Certification from The Joint Commission - Critical Care Excellence Award (2022) from Health grades
- Labor and Delivery Excellence Award (2022) from Health grades
- Orthopedic Surgery Excellence Award (2022) from Health grades

- Vascular Surgery Excellence Award (2022) from Health grades
