Board Certification:

Active FL Medical License and DEA required Availability Candidates should provide the following availability details: 1st Possible Start Date Number of Shifts Available Per Month Months with Completely Open Schedule Shift Preferences:
Day, Night, Blocks, etc. Dates Unavailable in the Next 3-6 Months Openness to Working Holidays in the Next 3-6 Months Certification and License Requirements Candidates must hold the following certifications and licenses: ACLS PALS Board Certification DEA Florida Medical License Application Process
