Anesthesiologist Position - Tallahassee, FL
Exceptional Anesthesiologist opportunity with profit share compensation, 11 weeks PTO, and a $100K start date bonus.

The clinical team includes 34 physicians and 99 anesthetists, covering general surgery, trauma, OB, orthopedics, cardiology, endoscopy, pediatrics, neurology, and more.
Qualifications- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Anesthesiology
- Cardiac proficient or capable; willingness to perform cardiac with echo (TEE certification not required)
- Experience with 2‑3 in‑house calls/month and ability to take a post‑call day off
- Provide anesthesia care across a broad range of surgical cases
- Participate in in‑house calls and adhere to post‑call day off schedule
- Maintain competency in cardiac anesthesia and use of intraoperative echocardiography
- Comply with institutional policies and contribute to quality improvement initiatives
