TAG Med Staffing is hiring an OB/GYN Physician in Hillsborough County, FL or Orange County, FL for our client, supporting comprehensive women's healthcare services including obstetrics, gynecology, surgical care, and preventive health services. This opportunity will provide full-scope OB/GYN care across outpatient and hospital settings while collaborating with advanced practice providers and multidisciplinary clinical teams. The ideal candidate will bring strong clinical and surgical expertise, a patient-centered approach, and an interest in practice growth, mentorship, and leadership opportunities.
Responsibilitiesas the OB/GYN Physician:
- Obstetric Care: Provide comprehensive prenatal, labor and delivery, postpartum, and high-risk pregnancy care for patients throughout the reproductive lifecycle.
- Gynecologic Services: Diagnose and treat gynecologic conditions while providing preventive care, annual examinations, and women's health consultations.
- Surgical Procedures: Perform gynecologic surgeries and procedures, including minimally invasive and robotic-assisted procedures when applicable.
- Patient Management: Manage an established patient panel while delivering high-quality, evidence-based care in both outpatient and inpatient settings.
- Clinical Leadership: Collaborate with physicians, advanced practice providers, nursing staff, and support teams while contributing to mentorship and clinical excellence initiatives.
- Call Coverage: Participate in call responsibilities, including labor and delivery coverage and after-hours patient care as required.
- Education: Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree is required.
- Licensure: Active or eligible state medical license is required.
- Certification: Board Certified or Board Eligible in Obstetrics and Gynecology through the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology (ABOG) is required.
- Experience: Completion of an accredited OB/GYN residency program is required.
- Industry Knowledge: Experience providing full-scope obstetric and gynecologic care, including surgical procedures and labor and delivery coverage, is required.
- Technical
Skills:
Experience utilizing electronic medical record systems is required, and familiarity with robotic-assisted surgical platforms is preferred. - Skills & Attributes: Strong clinical judgment, communication, leadership, and relationship-building skills with an entrepreneurial mindset and commitment to delivering exceptional patient care are required.
