Location: Doctor Phillips
Centurion Health is currently seeking a full-time physician to join our team at Reception and Medical Center located in Lake Butler, Florida. In this role, you will provide medical assessments, treatment for chronic conditions, and participate in initiatives to prevent diseases.
The position requires an active Florida MD/DO license and DEA registration. The physician will work under the direction of the Site Medical Director and Health Services Administrator, with a rotating shift schedule.
