Physician-led private practice is seeking a fellowship-trained Pain Management Physician (Board-certified or board-eligible in Anesthesiology, PM&R, or Neurology) to join a growing team of orthopedic surgeons and musculoskeletal specialists. This is a unique opportunity to step into a high-volume practice with an immediate patient flow and a built-in referral base.
Responsibilities- Conduct office-based consultations for acute and chronic musculoskeletal pain
- Perform image-guided procedures (e.g., epidural injections, facet blocks, radio frequency ablation, spinal cord stimulator trials)
- Coordinate care with in-house surgical and rehabilitation teams
- Participate in practice marketing and outreach initiatives
- Optional academic involvement with Florida State University College of Medicine
