is seeking to employ a
Physician Assistant to join a rapidly growing Head & Neck Oncology Program. Conveniently located on Sarasota Memorial Hospital - Sarasota, the hired Physician Assistant will join two PAs and two Surgeons.

Position Highlights
:

• Full time with primary focus in outpatient setting.
• Comprehensive chart prep for new patient evaluation.
• Seeing pre-ops, post-ops, acting as triage for cancer referrals, and management of survivorship.
• Tumor board, consultation, and outside ED admission coordination.
• Following up on imaging.
• One weekend / month hospital rounding.
• Float to OR for vacation coverage as needed.

A new Outpatient Cancer Pavilion opened June 2026 with additional radiation oncology, surgical and medical oncology capabilities to facilitate effective multidisciplinary care.

A PA is a graduate with a master’s degree or certificate from an accredited physician assistant program at an accredited school or college. The PA functions as part of the multidisciplinary health team in accordance with privileges approved by the credentialing committee to provide high-quality, cost-effective advanced care to patients.
