The facility is structured to accommodate on-site locum tenens clinicians operating across inpatient and OR settings with established call coverage protocols. Advanced practice providers serve as first call, providing structured support throughout each coverage period.

Aboutthe Clinician's Workday
Clinicians will provide pediatric cardiothoracic surgery coverage across inpatient and OR settings on a combination of day shifts and 24-hour shifts, following a 7-on/7-off schedule beginning as soon as possible. APPs take first call, with a call ratio of 1:2. Experience in pediatric surgery and pediatric cardiac care is required for this on-site locum tenens assignment. Prescriptive authority is required for this position.
