Clinicians will provide outpatient primary care services to an adult psychiatric patient population during day shift hours at an on-site state psychiatric facility in Macclenny, Florida. Clinical responsibilities include conducting patient evaluations, managing medical conditions, and delivering routine healthcare services to support coordinated psychiatric and primary care delivery. The expected caseload is approximately 10 patients per day, with a total patient panel of 70-75 individuals.
No call coverage is required for this assignment, and board certification is required.
