Our multidisciplinary team is committed to helping patients achieve lasting healing and recovery in a supportive, therapeutic environment.
We are seeking a Board-Certified Psychiatrist to join our clinical team. This is an excellent opportunity to provide meaningful psychiatric care in a residential setting while collaborating with experienced behavioral health professionals.
Compensation- 1099 Independent Contractor (Preferred)
- Competitive compensation (based on experience)
- Call Pay: $100 per day
- No sign-on bonus or relocation assistance
- 40 hours per week
- Flexible scheduling
- Approximately 8 patients per day
- Average caseload of 20 patients
- Call: 2 days per week

Key Responsibilities- Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations.
- Provide medication management for residential patients.
- Perform weekly psychiatric follow‑up visits.
- Develop and adjust individualized treatment plans.
- Collaborate with therapists, nurses, and Advanced Practice Providers to coordinate patient care.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation using Best Notes electronic medical records.
- Participate in on‑call coverage two days per week.

- 109 licensed beds
- Average daily census:
70 patients - Average length of stay:
45–60 days - Clinical team includes 3 Psychiatric Nurse Practitioners (ARNPs)
- MD or DO from an accredited medical school
- Board Certified in Psychiatry
- Active, unrestricted medical license (or ability to obtain licensure)
- Current DEA registration
- Experience treating patients with behavioral health and co‑occurring disorders preferred
- One or more years’ post graduate degree practice preferred
- Licensed in the state in which the facility(s) operate.
- Board certification in psychiatry
- Current DEA credentials to prescribe controlled substances without restrictions and per regulation within the state in which the practitioner will be working.
