Job Summary
My Eye Dr . is seeking a part‑time Optometrist (OD) to join our team. This position is performed in a traditional, full‑scope office environment and may require local travel on a same‑day basis within My Eye Dr . regions. The role offers a consistent patient base, a comfortable pace, and opportunities to practice general and medical optometry.
ResponsibilitiesUsing commonly accepted practices, tools and techniques, the Optometrist evaluates patients’ vision and healthcare needs; documents findings; consults with patients regarding their individualized vision care. The Optometrist works closely with the office team to provide compassionate, personalized, memorable care.
Qualifications- Doctor of Optometry (OD) degree from an accredited institution.
- License in good standing to practice optometry in the state in which you will be practicing.
- National Provider Identification (NPI).
- TPA License.
- Prior clinical optometry experience in a retail, educational, or medical office setting is a plus; all are welcome to apply.
- Ability to communicate and exchange information, use equipment necessary to perform the job, and move about the office.
