Medical Physician & Advanced Practice Provider We are currently seeking afull-time Multisite Medical Director to join our team at the Cross City Correctional Institution in Cross City, FL, Lawtey Correctional Institution in Lawtey, FL and Lancaster Correctional Center in Trenton, FL.
Schedule:
Monday – Friday 8:00am – 4:30pmTheMedical Director provides the clinical direction needed to meet service delivery requirements, direct clinical services for patients, and clinical supervision for medical staff at the assigned site under the supervision of the Statewide Medical Director. The Medical Director collaborates with the Health Services Administrator (HSA) to ensure efficient and clinically appropriate medical services are provided, and participates in various committees to include Continuous Quality Improvement (CQI), Infection Prevention and Control, and Pharmacy and Therapeutics as requested.

Much more...Qualifications Qualifications Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited medical school required
Active and unrestricted MD/DO license or the ability to obtain one required
Must show/be able to obtain active Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) registration
Leadership/directorship experience preferred
Ability to pass credentialing and background check
