This primary care clinic requires a Physician Associate to provide locum tenens coverage following the resignation of the full-time employee. The facility maintains established clinical workflows and on-site support staff to facilitate consistent and quality care delivery. Credentialing for this position is estimated at 4-5 weeks.
About the Facility LocationNorthern Florida offers clinicians on assignment access to a range of outdoor and natural attractions suited to varied interests. The region features stretches of sandy coastline along the Gulf Coast, freshwater springs with clear blue waters, and natural landscapes accessible via country roads. Notable destinations include Ginnie Springs, which supports paddle boarding and free diving, and Devil's Den, an underground cave that functions as a scuba training center.
Clinicians will also find opportunities for day trips, camping, and hiking throughout the region.
Clinicians will provide clinic-based primary care services to patients of all ages during day shift hours, Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. The expected caseload is 16-18 patients per day, with on-site support from front desk and medical assistant staff. Clinical documentation is maintained through EPIC EMR. Board certification and prescriptive authority are required for consideration.
