The Opportunity

Deliver high-quality obstetric care and manage emergencies for improved patient safety and outcomes

Collaborate with local obstetricians to ensure consistent 24/7 physician coverage for all patients

Seeking OB/GYNs with strong clinical and communication skills, commitment to quality improvement, and passion for advancing women's healthcare

Typical full-time schedule: ~7 shifts/month (24 hours each)

No on-call duties or office management responsibilities

About 21 days off per month
