About the Opportunity

We are a leading national primary‑care platform focused on value‑based care. We are recruiting Primary Care Physicians for locations throughout Florida, serving a Medicare Advantage HMO senior population using a senior‑care model that emphasizes prevention, maintenance, and smaller panel sizes.

Full‑time positions. Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM. No hospital work is required. Physicians typically see 12–15 patients per day in state‑of‑the‑art outpatient facilities.

• Provide outpatient care to Medicare Advantage senior patients.
• Encourage regular well‑visits, proactive outreach, same‑day urgent appointments, and transitional care management.
• Maintain accurate documentation using EMR and adhere to ICD‑10 coding and STAR measure requirements.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver 5‑STAR patient care.

• MD or DO, with preference for Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Geriatric Medicine.
• Medical license in the state of Florida and DEA license.
• BLS, ACLS, and PALS CPR certification and up‑to‑date CPR.
• Proficiency with EMR, G‑Suite, and database programs.
• Strong communication, problem‑solving, organizational, and prioritization skills.
• Completion of a pre‑placement Tuberculosis test.
