A system of hospitals in East Florida is seeking anesthesiologists for locum tenens operating room coverage. The facilities maintain established perioperative workflows designed to support quality patient care delivery across a diverse surgical case mix. Locum tenens coverage is sought to address current staffing needs within the Anesthesia Department.

Florida offers a range of year-round activities suited to varied interests, including access to beaches, nature centers, historic sites, and wildlife experiences. Outdoor recreation options such as fishing, boat tours, and visits to state parks are available across the state. Clinicians on assignment will find a broad selection of cultural and recreational destinations throughout the region.

The anesthesiologist will provide locum tenens coverage during day shifts at an operating room facility in Florida, medically directing CRNAs over cases including GI, Ortho, Endo, Plastics, GYN, and General. The position operates under a medical direction model with 0% hands-on MD involvement. Call coverage requirements are negotiable for this assignment. Board certification in Anesthesiology is required for all clinicians in this role.
