Primary Care Physician

Millennium Physician Group, Florida's largest independent physician group, is seeking a physician to join their team in Lake Placid, FL. This role offers the opportunity to focus on chronic disease management and prevention within a Medicare Advantage population, free from hospital or insurer influence. Physicians will benefit from robust administrative and clinical support, allowing them to practice at the top of their license with true clinical autonomy.

• Uses Athena One EMR with AI integration
• Offers Virtual Care Clinic and Telehealth services built into the care model

Requirements

• MD or DO degree with completed residency in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
• BE or BC
• Active, unrestricted state medical license (or eligible to obtain) and valid DEA number
• EMR proficiency;
  Athena One experience a plus
