- Create an engaging grade level appropriate course curriculum for each course taught.
- Effectively implement curriculum developed for each course to include utilizing a variety of teaching techniques.
- Provide feedback on students’ performance via quantitative or qualitative methods.
- Minimum of a bachelor's degree.
- Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing.
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships.
- Ability to build rapport with youth.

$22 per hour, commensurate with education and experience.

This is an OPS/temporary job. Based on the duties, this position may require completion of a criminal history background check.
Summer instructors may work up to 12 hours per week, Monday through Thursday, and may occasionally be required to assist with chaperoning duties on Fridays. Staff training will take place from Monday, June 1, through Thursday, June 4, 2026. The program will run from Monday, June 8, 2026, through Friday, July 17, 2026.
