Title: Technical Trainer II

Location: Shalimar, FL

Duration: 6+ Months

Pay Rate: $35- $38/hr

Shift Hours (8 Hours/ 10 Hours / 12 Hours): 8 hours per day

• The Technical Trainer II is responsible for developing, designing, and implementing advanced technical content and training materials for both internal and external customers. This role includes delivering on-site and remote client support by providing expert training programs and advising on technical training materials.
• The Trainer II collaborates with product management, engineers, and program managers to ensure training programs are effective and aligned with company objectives.
  
  Responsibilities include:
  
  Develop, design, and implement advanced technical training content and materials.
• Deliver on-site and remote technical training sessions to internal and external customers.
• Collaborate with product management, engineers, and program managers to gather content and ensure training accuracy.
• Provide advice on technical training materials and programs.
• Collect and analyze feedback from training participants to continuously improve training programs.
• Develop and implement evaluation criteria to measure the effectiveness of training programs.
• Maintain and update training content to ensure it remains current and relevant.
• Assist in the administration and management of Learning Management Systems (LMS).

• Relevant experience can be considered as a substitute for the required educational qualifications. In the absence of a degree, a minimum of 6 years of related experience is required.
• Higher level relevant degree may substitute for experience.
• Proficiency with e-learning development tools and Learning Management Systems (LMS).
• Experience with supporting/addressing customer training objectives.
• Strong attention to detail, analytical and critical thinking skills. Qualifications We Prefer:
• Experience in the Aerospace and Defense industry.
• Certification in technical training or e-learning (e.g., CPLP, ATD, CTT+).
• Proficiency with Articulate 360, Adobe Captivate, or similar tools.

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field, Education, Human Resources, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in technical training or a related field.
