$2,022.03 biweekly. Actual salary negotiable based on experience and qualifications. Central/Suntree/Viera Public Library. Work schedule is variable and includes evenings and Saturdays. Performs skilled professional work primarily in the Youth Services section of the library but may be assigned to other sections of the library as needed. The work involves supervision of a staff of professional, paraprofessional, and clerical employees and volunteers.
REQUIREMENTSA Master's degree from a graduate library school program. Public Library and supervisory experience are preferred.
SPECIAL REQUIREMENTSWhen usage statistics change, library employees may be assigned to another library. In the event of a hurricane, major storm, natural or man-made disaster that may threaten the area, the employee will be required to perform emergency duties as directed.
