Electrical and Computer Engineering (ECE):
Electrical Engineering | FSU Panama City
- Teach undergraduate courses in the Electrical Engineering curriculum, with a special emphasis on the following areas:
Signals and Systems, Statistical Topics, Digital Communications, Analysis and Design of Control Systems. - Teach elective courses that may be dual listed for both undergraduate and graduate students and participate in supervising or serving on thesis committees as appropriate to your expertise.
- Work with colleagues on campus and in the community to recruit students, promote the FSUPC ECE program and engage with local initiatives to benefit student experiences and program access.
- Collaborate with colleagues at FSU Tallahassee ECE dept for course coordination and committee service.
- Be an engaged faculty member for the FSU Panama City campus.
Candidates must have a doctorate degree in Electrical Engineering from an accredited institution. Candidates who are ABD (all but dissertation) will also be considered.
Preferred Qualifications- Previous university teaching experience and the ability to teach a variety of courses in the Electrical Engineering curriculum.
- Additionally, candidates with industry experience and a strong commitment to mentoring students as they prepare for career or graduate studies are highly preferred.
