Teachers will receive an hourly rate of $40.00 per hour for homebound instruction. Paraprofessionals will receive $20.00 per hour.

• Applicants must demonstrate proficiency and experience in the following:
  • Provide effective instruction to maximize student learning
  • Motivate students to reach their potential as learners and individuals
  • Exhibit knowledge of Delaware State Standards
  • Comfortable serving students with complex disabilities
  • Consult frequently with staff and parents regarding each child’s program and progress
  • Other related duties as may be required
