Position Summary Gannon University’s Morosky College of Health Professions and Sciences is seeking qualified adjuncts to teach in various areas of occupational therapy for the Occupational Therapy Doctorate Program in Ruskin, Florida. Successful candidates must (1) have a master’s degree; preferably a higher degree such as PhD, Ed.D., OTD , (2) demonstrate excellence in teaching, (3) have some experience using technology in teaching, and (4) must be able to support and promote the department’s and University’s Mission.
Required QualificationsCandidates require at minimum of a Master’s degree in the relevant discipline (Occupational Therapy); hold or are eligible for a Florida occupational therapy license, and have teaching or professional experience.
Preferred QualificationsPhD, EdD, OTD or other doctoral degree
Physical DemandsPHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
Must be able to meet the physical demands associated with a normal academic environment.
WORKING CONDITIONS:
Work is performed in a normal classroom and office setting.
