In this pivotal role, you will manage classroom activities, foster a nurturing and positive relationship with both children and their families, and implement a wide range of learning experiences. These experiences will cover crucial areas such as physical health, social‑emotional development, and academic skills, including logic, language, literacy, and more.
Your responsibilities extend to conducting detailed assessments to tailor instruction and support each child's unique journey, including those with disabilities. Our holistic approach values outdoor activities as much as indoor, with both settings designed to encourage active, engaged learning. Adhering to stringent health and safety guidelines, maintaining thorough documentation, and ensuring open communication with parents are also key aspects of your role.
